Fans of picture-guessing games like 100 Pics will recognize this kind of game right away. Every level has a picture hidden behind some blocks. Tap the blocks to reveal part of the picture. (You only have 6 reveals per level, so tap wisely! Clearing out the middle is usually a good strategy.) Unlike other games, you will get the same number of coins for using any number of your reveals.

There are over seven hundred different Pokemon in the franchise created by Nintendo and Game Freak. That’s a mind-bogglingly huge number! Even the oldest fans of Pokemon have trouble remembering them all. It’s a good thing that iGuess for Pokemon answers are divided into generations. You will guess Pokemon from each of their respective versions of the game. If you’re a bigger fan of the old-school games, you should try the Red/Blue and Gold/Silver levels. These stages only ask you about the original monsters, like Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Squirtle. Newer fans that are more familiar with the X/Y versions should skip to the end, which ask about monsters like Xerneas and Greninja. (You can also play a special stage with the 100 most popular Pokemon from all generations. You might be surprised by who makes the cut!)

Of course, the whole point of playing this game is to see if you can figure out the answer to a generation you don’t know much about. Playing the levels you’re more familiar with will just let you build up a huge stockpile of coins. These coins can then be redeemed for hints. You get ten coins per level. Spending those ten coins will reveal one letter of the next answer. You can also save them up to get rid of all unneeded letters in a level (60 coins) or skip a level completely (80 coins). Getting rid of letters is most effective in a level where the Pokemon’s name is very short (like Mew). Revealing a letter is more helpful when the name is very long (like Tyranitar).

But there’s no need to pay out any of your coins at all with our iGuess for Pokemon answers! Click the link to the level you’re struggling with to get started.
