Diamond Digger Saga tips and cheats to help you with every level of the game! From King, the mastermind developers behind games such as Candy Crush Saga, Pet Rescue Saga, Pepper Panic Saga, and many more, comes the latest game in the saga-game franchise, Diamond Digger Saga! However, Diamond Digger Saga switches things up a bit from its predecessors – rather than swipe to match three, such as in Candy Crush Saga and others, the goal in Diamond Digger Saga is to match large groups of same-color diamonds by clicking on the group as a whole.

The level layout follows the same collapsing-grid style as past games. Diamonds fill the board in tiles, and can either be embedded in dirt or water. Your goal is to help Diggy, the protagonist, clear a path of water through to the exits by matching groups of diamonds. As you make matches by clicking on groups of three or more diamonds of the same color, water fills the caverns and flows onward to more rooms, and eventually the exit!

Though it is still a new game, Diamond Digger Saga has much more to it than simply matching diamonds. Already there are certain blocks that give you more points than others. Also, following suit with King’s past games, Diamond Digger Saga has a handful of blockers to get in your way. But don’t get frustrated too quickly! Here are a few Diamond Digger cheats and tips to help you get started.

Dig up as many diamonds on dirt blocks as you can, without letting the water flow.

This will allow you to get the most amount of points per room, which will lead to a higher score at the end. Be cautious of your moves though – dig up blocks until you have only a few moves left and then move on to the next room (you will be rewarded 2 extra moves).

Spend your moves digging up the striped dirt blocks before digging up the others.

The striped gold blocks hold treasure, and will yield you more points when matched with a big combo.

Focus on finding the right balance between large combos and combos with the most amount of diamonds in dirt.

Finding this balance is key to getting the most points. Large combos may always seem like the best choice, but there could easily be a smaller combo that is resting on more dirt blocks that will yield you many more points!
