Don’t Touch The Spikes Cheat #1: Find Your Rhythm
Like many of the other tapping games, it is important to develop a rhythm first. Figure out how your taps affect the bird. When trying to avoid the spikes, it is imperative that you know how your taps will fly the bird.
It may take a few tries to get the tapping down. Don’t worry though because once you are able to fly the bird, you won’t want to put this game down!
Don’t Touch The Spikes Cheat #2: Fly To The Large Gaps
Each time you tap the wall you will fly back to the other side of the screen. Once you tap the one wall, immediately look at the other wall to find the large gaps between the spikes. Since the bird is flying a short distance, you will need to make a quick decision.
If you can fly to a large gap, do so! When you try to squeeze the bird between two spikes that are close together, your chances of ending the level early will increase!
Don’t Touch The Spikes Cheat #3: Stay In The Center
When flying back and forth between the walls, try to keep the bird in the center of the screen. Keeping him in the middle will allow for a quick transition to avoid the spikes.
If you need to fly up high or down low quickly, having him in the middle to start will increase your chances of successfully doing this! Be aware of the spikes at the top and bottom of the screen as well!

In this game it is easy to get sucked in. You will want to continuously play until you beat your previous score. Like many of the other addicting games, it is best if you take a break and come back to it later!
